Dear dad, I’ve had an emotional day today. It just hits me really hard at the weirdest times of the day. I really wish you could see your garden right now. It’s beautiful. I hope where ever you are you can see what we see. Although as mum and I were saying, we still can’t believe the situation we are in is real. We see life as you are still here… be it in hospital or upstairs in bed. It’s the most strangest feeling that I have ever experienced. I can’t imagine how mums feeling.😥 I know deep down it’s because thats what we want to believe because that’s what we went through for years. We are holding on to those memories. We miss you so much dad. We really do. We have seen butterflies flying around today, which apparently is a sign from loved ones that are no longer with us in person, but are in spirit. And it’s been lovely to see them flying around.
